  • Full paper submission should adhere to the following guidelines:
  1. Outline

(1) Research-based paper

  • Title
  • Name, institution, address of the institution, and email address
  • Abstract
  • Introduction
  • Method
  • Findings and Discussion
  • Conclusions and Suggestions
  • References

(2) Conceptual paper

  • Title
  • Name, institution, address of the institution, and email address
  • Abstract
  • Introduction
  • Body (Headings in the body part are based on the focus of the paper)
  • Conclusions and Suggestions
  • References
  1. Technicalities
  • Title of Paper (16 pt. Times New Roman Bold, align text to the center)
  • Name, institution, email address (12 pt. Times New Roman, align text to the center)
  • Abstract (11 pt. Times New Roman, align text to the center, justified)
  • Content of paper: Headings (14 pt. Times New Roman)
  • The paragraph should be single spaced, left justified. Text should be in Times New Roman 12 pt. Do not use page numbering anywhere in the manuscript.
  • Paper size: A4, margins: 3 (top, left), 2 (right, bottom)

  • All abstracts and papers will be reviewed by the Review Committee.
  • Full papers that do not adhere to the guidelines will be returned to the authors.
  • Full papers of attending presenters will be published in the conference e-proceedings with ISBN (CD-ROM).
  • Selected papers will be published in ELE Journal of the Department of English, UM.
